Weekly Timetable

At You & Mia Fitness we strive for an inclusive and welcoming community with a class or program suitable for everyone. Simply choose the right style of training for you!

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

This offers members the chance to attend multiple selected classes per week ongoing for 12 months.

The classes included are:
STRENGTH
MUMS & BUBS
CIRCUIT
TRAINERS CHOICE

10 CLASS PASS

This offers members the chance to attend multiple selected classes during one training term.

The classes included are:

STRENGTH
MUMS & BUBS
CIRCUIT
TRAINERS CHOICE

4 CLASS PASS

This offers members the chance to attend the Over 55's Class for 4 sessions over a period of 3 months.

The classes included are:

FIT OVER 55'S

8 WEEK TERM FOR FIT OVER 65'S

This offers members an 8 week term consisting of 8 classes for Fit Over 65's class sessions. 

The classes included are:

FIT OVER 65'S

Alternatively book a FREE trial session to attend one of our 6am or 9.15am classes to see if we are the best fit for you (I think we are!) or book a casual class session.

There is a class for everyone!
